I got the thumb screw for the extended battery door and it barely reaches through the length of the battery door itself, and only manages to engage 1 or 2 threads into the recessed nut in the shell.
The screw for the extended battery door needs to be at least several mm longer. The only difference between the thumbscrew for the stock door and the extended door is the inclusion of a spacer. It does not take into account the much greater thickness of the extended battery door and the thumbscrew's struggle to even engage the recessed nut that'll retain it to the shell.
Come on, OOD. I know y'all can do better than this.
