You will not be disappointed. Of the three switch plates that I've installed, this was the easiest and most secure. it screws right in and you never have to worry about it again, unlike the glue-in type, which can come loose.
It just works. put the plate in, trim the shell, glue the plate down, and **** the switch in.
No glue needed.
If you are looking at doing any serious upgrades in your Adventure Force Spectrum that would include putting in better switches, you're going to need this plate. It's inexpensive and saves a ton of aggravation. I actually bought a couple of extras at different times just because I was pretty clumsy at soldering and I kept melting some of them. In the end it was awesome. Totally recommended.
