I threw that spring in my Trion and with no spacers it averages 200fps! Huge improvement over the stock spring. I did take out the slamfire bar as it wouldn't catch with this spring, but it works now and shoots great!
I didn’t put it in yet. Waiting on the metal plunger. Quality is great.
