If you own a Pathfinder, you know the stock is way, way too short. Yes, I know you might think it's not so bad actually and you can kinda make it work. I shared the same delusion. Trust me, you NEED this. It transforms the blaster.
Hard deets up front: I went for the XL version which stretched the length of pull on my pathfinder to 12.5" but it's effectively a little bit longer than that because the butt isn't flat. This is also a chunky, VERY robust piece of flawless 3D-printed goodness which adds some reassuring heft and improves balance.
Fitment over the factory stock was VERY tight in my example (how OOD pulls off a fit this perfect in a 3D printed part is a wonder in itself) and there are plenty of substantial bolts holding this extension right and tight - it legitimately looks almost seamless. But that's not even the best part: the best part is it FEELS seamless - a cheekweld on this thing is like sighting down on a cloud - so smooth, so solid, so comfortable.
The Rival ball storage also works very well. It's very secure - no worries about anything popping out, but not too difficult to pull from after just a minute or two of practice. In XL form it has storage for 13 balls, so if you're ever pinned down and out of mags, you've got a whole 'nother mag's worth on the blaster already (plus one for luck!). It also looks really cool.
Literally my only complaint now is it's got me loving my Pathfinder so much I'm gonna have to pick up the OOD Pump grip too. I love my Hades, but I think the Pathfinder is my new primary Rival blaster now.
I bought the extended stock for my pathfinder. The printing was good and it makes the blaster fit me much better. I do wish it was maybe just a 1/2" longer. I am pretty tall at 6'1" and i like longer stocks, but this stock does make it possible for me to shoot the blaster and play with my kids.
Stock goes perfectly for a guy like me. Would love to see longer options considering there are only two sizes. Maybe an XL or XXL stock size would be cool to see.
Worth every penny, definitely get the better deal with the XL option,
Its really nice and solid feeling, with a really good weight to it. I think one of the screws stripped the threads but the other 3 were good so its fine i think.
