This dart gun is awesome, 10/10 no notes. The color is great, solid and well made, very pleased with this purchase. The darts are fantastic too. So happy with this purchase.
Thank you so much out of darts! You are keeping the hobby alive. My order arrived and everything I ordered is awesome!
Purchased a Cynthia Hardware kit with the K26 spring, but there were a couple of issues. The included 12" barrel came with a lot of metal burrs, and a bore that was definitely too small - the bolt doesn't fit into it at all. Luckily, I purchased a separate 18" barrel (0.527) that did work with the Cynthia bolt, and appeared to have a better internal finish than the 12" barrel.
The other issue was that the K26 spring I received was cut just barely too long. That means that at full compression, it would not allow the plunger to go back far enough for the sear to catch - and the rifle would not prime. I also managed to add a second spring that did work out of the box (the 195fps 2.3x140mm spring). I was able to use an angle grinder to shave a bit of the extra material off of the K26, and got it to work after that.
The rest of the order was good - but if someone was less familiar with the equipment, I can imagine them having a lot of trouble with the bad barrel and spring. Printed my components on a Bambu P1S with files directly from SillyButts - everything else assembled great, but I would have been very upset if I hadn't added the extra hardware.
I was impressed by the speedy delivery of my order and with the email support I received afterwards. I was having some issues with darts jamming and without even asking, the out of darts support team were preparing to send me a new blaster to allow for me to easily swap blasters. Communication with them was smooth and timely. I'm very impressed!
Just what I needed.
