I love the blaster and I'm a huge fan of OOD, but y'all, this was NOT it. The magazine tube was over a quarter inch short causing almost 100% failure-to-feed, the threaded rod ends were so rough I had to use a nut driver and centering funnel to get them to not cross-thread, and I was missing two each of M3x12 and M3x25 from the kit (which did get shipped to me separately for some reason, but they didn't arrive until days after I had already assembled the blaster).
The missing screws being sent after the fact is definitely not great, but it's what made this review 2 stars instead of 1, but the threaded rods were *bad*, and the magazine tube was *BAD*... Short enough that I had to pick between the follower catching on the lip at the back or the base of shells catching on the gap at the front. Fortunate for me that I had plunger tubing on hand that I could cut 13" out of, and that allowed me to cut the OOD plunger tube down to 7" for the magazine extender, but again very much not ideal.
Great blaster once i got it all together! Only reason for 3 stars is because of the threaded rods that came in the hardware kit were in bad shape. The cut lengths were inconsistent, and the finish on the cuts were so rough that i couldnt get nuts on them without cross threading them. One of the rods was so beat up on the end that the threads were completely smashed. All but one of them were unusable. I ended up sourcing new threaded rods locally in order to finish the build. Ive bought lots of kits from OOD without problems so i know this is a one-off issue and probably a result of rushing to get pre orders out, but still wanted to bring it to attention!
