After about 1.5 weeks of printing I was finally able to assemble my Breacher! The blaster is great! Between the OoD video and Sillybutt's own instructions the assembly process was straight forward and easy. This is my second 3D printed blaster but my first full build and I ran into minimal issues.
However, I did run into some problems. I will also admit outright that I did NOT contact OoD's support to resolve my issues out of my own impatience.
Issue #1:
As mentioned in other reviews, I received the wrong size O-rings in my kit. I received 3x Dash 012 O-rings instead of the required Dash 016's. I mixed this problem myself by buying the correct O-rings from a local plumbing supplier.
Issue #2:
The quality of the some of the M3 screws was lacking. I stripped 3 of the M3x25 screws while trying to thread them into plastic. I eventually fixed this issue by buying replacements from my local Home Depot and pre-drilling the remainder of the holes with a 3/32 drill bit.
Overall I am incredibly satisfied with my Breacher and I appreciate the work Out of Darts has been doing to improve on these kits and get them to customers. This hardware kit is absolutely a 5 star item as soon as OoD can fix the few remaining issues with their quality control.
First off, the blaster is absolutely incredible. We were super happy with the design and how beefy it feels and how it works. However the parts kit left us with a bit of a sour taste in our mouth. First, we discovered that we were sent a set of dash 012 instead of dash 016 O-rings. With a lot of glue and some patience we were able to make them fit and luckily we weren't super concerned about how well the blaster performed but it's really disappointing to see quality control fail like that. In addition the M3 screws were VERY poor quality. We ended up stripping a ton of them during the install and had to use some of my own for the build. I really expect better from out of darts, especially considering the cost of the parts kit.

now THIS is what i call a nerf blaster. super fun to load, fire, and eject every single shell that goes through this thing.
I was given the wrong o rings. Instead of 016 o rings I received some very obviously undersized 011 or 012 o rings. Now unable to build the blaster at all.
Hello Jeff,
I'm sorry we made a mistake on your breacher kit. We have sent you an email for more clarification so that we can resolve this issue.
