Align the lip on the bearings against the body of the BCAR and hand tighten the screws. You can't over tighten--the bearings will spin no matter how hard you tighten the screws. If you're sure you'll never modify the number of bearings, you can use some loctite on the threads, but it's really not necessary. Puts a great spin on the darts for increased accuracy. Best on high-FPS blasters, as it drastically slows the muzzle velocity. You can install fewer bearings if you want less resistance.
