Both practical and tactical (I didn't buy this individually; I got it with my seagull) these irons are very effective at helping me aim. Other reviewers seemed to forget to mention that these are slightly adjustable in the rear. Very nice, and in low light the fibers stand out. However, mine came with a small amount of excess fiber that stuck out of the posts, which in my opinion looked ugly but was easily fixed with an Exacto knife.
