Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or a special order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will always collect and charge the full payment at checkout, then fulfill the order at a future date.
You can modify or cancel any pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Special Orders
When you purchase a Special order, you are buying a premium out-of-stock product that will likely not be available in normal inventory. We will always collect and charge the full payment at checkout, purchase the product from the manufacturer on your behalf after the posted special order window has closed, then fulfill the order at a future date.
You can cancel a special order during the posted special order window. If the special order window has closed, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
