The 203 spring was perfect... The performance beats my expectation, can't wait for a restock to get a few more for my other builds
After firing one mag I could hear the spring was too strong for the blaster, then I took out the spring to see that it bent at a 45 degree angle. Put the original spring back and it worked fine.
Hello,
I'm sorry to hear one of our Springs caused you issues. Please send us an email at orders@outofdarts.com so that we can resolve this.
Piston Pump Springs
Was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews for the 213 springs. But after using the 203 spring at two different events I can say that it works great! A little rate of fire dropoff, but that is to be expected. Mine hits at around 195-198 with the classic long EX BCAR 2.
I purchased the 80fps spring which IMO powers down the blaster too much to the point of old nerf days. I highly recommend stick to stock and whenever they come out with a 120FPS or 130FPS to get those. Do not bother with high FPS springs. The blasters internals are not designed with that in mind and will be putting extra wear on the gearbox.
Thanks for the feedback! We have opted to pull the high FPS versions and instead only offer lower powered springs. This will ensure that nobody breaks their blaster in the upgrade.
