Nice little blaster. Obviously outclassed by what’s available now, but still a great budget flywheeler with upgrade potential. I especially love that I can use the lifepo Luke included with bundle to increase power without even opening the blaster. Just wish you guys sold the magazine adapter too.
The Worker Hurricane is an awesome little blaster. It does really well and works super great. I bought this for my son and he loves it. The single trigger doing both the reving and the firing is hugely helpful for him. Without mods it shoots just hard enough to be fun for kids but not to hard. Im sure with some mods it will grow with my son over the years. Thank you Out of Darts for being a great shop to buy dart blasters or the like.
Fantastic sidearm please just buy the recommended coolook LiFePO4 batteries or mod with a lipo battery. REGULAR AA BATTERIES DO NOT WORK WELL AT ALL.
Blaster doesn't even shoot Two feet
I bought 2 they both are the same I regret buying them
Hi Klaton,
Sorry to hear you're having issues with the blaster. It sounds like you're possibly using the incorrect batteries, as this is the most common issue we hear about. This blaster requires 14500 sized lithium batteries, like the coolook available on the shop. It is not compatible with standard alkaline AA batteries. Please let us know if we can help you further, orders@outofdarts.com
I love the look of the Hurricane. Sort of reminds me of an old-school sci fi phaser. The spring-driven revolver-like magazines are an engineering marvel, and getting the optional vertical mount standard magazine adapter opens up a lot of opportunities. The standard mags can be a little picky about darts, but it doesn't take long to get it sorted out. The stock motors and flywheels work pretty well with the suggested Coolook AA-sized lithium batteries. Advanced hobbyists may find the performance less than overwhelming, but I find it to be quite adequate considering there is zero work to do right out of the box. I plan to upgrade the flywheels in the near future, but otherwise I think I'll leave it be.
