The Flag & Armor 8-Degree 3x4 CNC Metal BCAR is the newest version of BCAR from Jing-Jia / Flag and Armor. Featuring twelve bearings in a skeletonized trivictus-style arrangement, this rifling attachment increases accuracy and minimizes turbulence out of the barrel. With a metal locking collet, this BCAR fits snugly on any 16mm or similar OD exposed metal barrel. Available in a bright orange-gold anodized finish.

with the friction lock fully time it is still not that tight. I can easily rattle or fall off while running or moving.

This isn't a friction fit, did you mean to review another product? This features a twist-lock collet which should clamp down on your barrel. If you find it's looser than needed on your barrel, we'd suggest a small piece of clear tape under the mount. Different barrels do vary widely in diameter, so this may be needed depending on your barrel.
