Worker Harrier/Seagull Bushing-Assisted Prime Slide
Worker Harrier/Seagull Bushing-Assisted Prime Slide
The Worker Harrier/Seagull Bushing-Assisted Prime Slide is an upgraded prime insert designed to reduce the prime weight feel. Featuring nylon bushings arranged perpendicularly, this replaces the original solid acetal insert installed in the priming block, so the bushings roll against the barrel. I'm using the 1.6x300 spring. Prime was difficult with stock parts. I added this easily. Maybe took 15mn and is very easy to install. I use the stock barrel and noticed an immediate improvement. It is worth the $. Now go have fun!
Greatly improves prime
I haven't been into this hobby for that long but I have been optimizing my Worker Seagull to be as comfortable for me as possible and in that pursuit I've come to tell you that this particular priming black slide thing is really nice. Not overpriced or overly difficult to install. The Seagull being the amazing blaster that it is only requires the removal of half a dozen screws all with the same sized head on them. You simply disassemble your Seagull until you see the stock plastic sleeve you need to replace. It's very easy and after installation it made the priming action 10x smoother and takes friction off heavier spring loads. I can only imagine how much better the more expensive options are 🤘
Glides perfectly.
With the larger spring loads the nylon bushings are a small but noticeable addition, making the prime smoother and more comfortable to manage over a number of magazines.
